Stress is something we have all felt and most of us daily. For some, the negative effects of stress are felt rarely, whilst others feel stressed out most of the time.
Being stressed is part of our human condition. It occurs when the instinct mind overrides our intuitive intellect. Originating in the lower chakras, the energy of stress can take its toll on your overall senses of well being. The ability of stress to pass quickly and peacefully is largely dependent on a person's aptitude to connect with their presence.
It is the presence of consciousness showering over our negative ego leading to stress, that can ultimately resolve ongoing feelings of stress and anxiety. All stressed type feelsings reside in the serving and responding to the outside world, as opposed to the settling and surrendering to the inner self. It can be difficult to de-stress in this way, as stress is linked to fear and to its motivation. (E.g. needing to get the kids to school on time has consequences if you are late!)
Stressing is an energy sapping activity, and it is even more so if it is triggered by experiences leading to thoughts of the past. This kind of thought programming is of the 3rd and 4th dimension and cannot necessarily be resolved from the same level of consciousness it was initiated in. This is why it is referred to as an external serving activity. It is actually physical in nature.
It is possible to experience stress from its originating position on a more day to day or even minute by minute basis. If you are able to do this more often, you find that stress can dissolve closer to the point that it originated.
“Remember, you only need to think about what needs to be done once, in order to know when the time is right to carry out the task”
Living with stress whilst trying to maintain an aware and spiritual position has its challenges. Working with our human condition and resolving the pain it causes is part of our overall development, and this is something we can help you with.
The sense of healing you can have by letting go of unresolved and anxiety can be profound. Most people, having resolved their stressed out nature, will feel lighter and more connected to their true self.
